By accessing Barakah App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. User Conduct & Moderation
You are solely responsible for any content you post publicly. We implement automated filters and community reporting to ensure a safe environment. We reserve the right to remove content that:
- Contains hate speech, threats, or promotes violence.
- Includes sexually explicit or vulgar material.
- Discloses personal identifying information (PII) of yourself or others.
3. NO WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BARAKAH APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.
In no event shall the developers or affiliates be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service. You use all features, including "Daily Deeds" and health calculations, at your own risk. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content or the results of health-related estimates.
4. Termination & Device Banning
Violating these terms may result in an immediate and permanent ban of your device UID from our services. We cooperate with law enforcement if illegal content is identified on our platform.
